Usually, I’m managing social media, communicating with partners, and copywriting. Recently, there have been some changes, and I have been using my market research skills to analyze survey results, edit data, conduct informative meetings with long term subscription users, and develop marketing strategies. It’s been a lot of fun!” ◆ Jessica / ZenPlus Marketer ・”I’m the marketer in charge of social media and influencers at ZenPlus, so I basically decide and create the content that goes on our social media and negotiate with influencers. I think everyone at ZenGroup is very open-minded, understanding, and friendly, and I can always count on them.” ======================= ◆Duties Include ・Comprehensive Campaign Management: Work together with our sales team, from the initial planning stages to execution and post-campaign analysis, manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns to ensure they align with business goals and deliver desired results. ・PPC Ad Management: You’ll be responsible for creating and managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads. This involves strategizing, budgeting, and continuously optimizing for better performance. ・Social Media Management: Oversee the customer’s presence on social networks like Facebook and Instagram. This includes content planning and scheduling, audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across these channels. ・Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze data from various digital marketing initiatives, draw insights from campaign performances, and compile comprehensive reports for our customers’ review and strategy adjustment. ◆Example Day at Work 9~10 Morning routine/Catch up: Arrive at work, get coffee, read up on current marketing trends, and touch base with other team members. 10~11 Catch up: Read and reply to emails, discuss project development. 11~12 Focus Block: Work on your assigned project(s). 12~13 Lunch Break. 13~14 Data: Analyze campaigns and sales data, make reports for customers, cultivate ideas/suggestions to improve results for Japanese customers. 15~17 Focus block: Carry ideas forward through campaign planning and execution. 17~18 Wrap up: Finish any leftover emails, touch base one last time with team members to update on what got done/didn’t get done, wrap any leftover work. ◆Employment Type ・Permanent Employee (Full Time) *There is a 3-month probationary period. *Salary and benefits remain the same during the probationary period. ◆Location Osaka Sakaisuji L Tower, 1 Chome-7-7 Kawaramachi, Chuo, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan ※This position requires to come to the office. We do not allow remote work for full-time positions. ◆Working Hours ・9:15 ~ 18:15 (fixed working time required for the first few months due to OJT) →Two days off per week (Saturday + Sunday) ・Flex Time (Available after approval from management) →Core time: 10:00 ~ 16:00 →Up to 2-hour lunch break Additional Days Off: Year-end and New Year’s holidays (Dec. 30th ~ Jan. 2nd) Total 26 paid days off per year (increases year over year) ◆Salary ・¥270,000~ per month (Based on previous experience and ability) ・Bonus twice a year (June and December) ◆Benefits ・Raise once per year ・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month) ・Relocation Allowance of ¥100,000 provided for relocation support 1 month after joining (Must be at least 60KM away from the head office, measured in a straight line) ・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute) ・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Worker’s Accident Insurance ・Business casual dress code (No suit required) Who We Are Looking For ◆Personality ・Excellent Communication: The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills. This involves a thorough understanding of data analysis tools and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. ◆Must Have Skills ・2 or more years of digital marketing experience (Campaign planning, execution, KPI management, reporting). ・PPC experience (Meta, GADS, etc). ・Native-level English. ◆Preferred Skills ・Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or better). ・SEO (keyword research, page optimization, writing). ・Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop). ・HTML/CSS skills (Blog/Webpage editing understanding basic website functionality). ・Email Marketing experience. ・SNS Management. ・Influencer Marketing. ◆Visa requirement ・All Applicants must possess a valid visa that permits work or employment in Japan.
